Colleen's Collection

No one can get just one!

Thanks for visiting!

I am so excited to see ya!  I have been playing around with beads since I was in grammar school.  I started getting serious when I learned how to make earrings, and not just string the beads on a wire. ( That was around age 18.)  I had so much fun and my local art and bead store was half my paycheck (my mother will tell you).  Suddenly, I realized I was making so much and did not wear all of it.  But I still loved to make it.  Started giving gifts out, then actually tried to sell at a local flea market. (thats the pic you see - me about 2 years ago at a flea market in Northern CA). I am now 39,  and this year I did my first real art show and now, actually a web site!  Today is a big day!!

I hope you can find everything you need. If you want something changed - just tell me.  Almost all of the pieces are one of a kind.  I don't make in bulk the same items.  I can if asked to though.  Tell me ahead of time colors you want matched, what you need, we can email back and forth for a real custom order.  I love that stuff! Colleen's Collection is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction - I am determined to meet your expectations and will do everything in my power to do so.

I tried to make categories I think people would like and use.  I have everything from necklaces, earrings (and starting to make anklets and bracelets).

I even have some painted items.  I describe myself as a true artist in every way - I even do performing arts to this day and love it.  (I have an AA degree in Theater)  If you have the time, look around the site - lots of things you never know you want until you see them.  I speak from experience.   That's why mom hates when I go shopping, I never just buy whats on the list! LOL!

Have a question or wonder about an item - feel free to ask.

"Penny" I use to show measurement with the earrings.  Personally, I don't notice how big something is when they give me a number measurement...but everyone knows how big a penny is!  I love it, hope you do too.  The necklaces and other painted items will have a real measurement and can always have an extension added.

I  hope to see you again! Check back later for new updates to our website. There's much more to come!
